Return and Refund Policy All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly refund the purchase price (less a 20% restocking fee, packaging, and shipping costs we originally paid, plus return shipping cost) of any laminate flooring that is returned to us in sealed cartons that are in saleable condition. We cannot accept returns on boxes that have been opened since we cannot sell them as factory fresh merchandise to another customer. Accessory items such as pad, trim, and moldings cannot be returned. Shipping on Laminate FloorsIndividual boxes of laminate
will be shipped at a cost of $35/box for up to 4 boxes. For orders over 4
boxes we will get a quote from a national trucking carrier.
Moldings are placed in a tube to ship and are priced according to the length of the molding. $25 to ship a tube of 6ft. moldings, $40 to ship an 8 ft. tube of molding. Pad is $10/roll to ship for up to 8 rolls. For orders over 8 rolls we will get a quote from a national trucking carrier. It is best to order accessories at the same
time you order laminate in order to avoid shipping charges.
If you order accessories at a later date shipping and handling
charges will be added to the cost of the accessories.
For example, one quarter round that is 8 ft. long is a minimum
of $40 to ship, due to the length. UPS charges based
on the length of an item (not the weight). If
you are ordering laminate accessories separate from your laminate
flooring purchase (padding, molding/trim, colorfill, or installation
tools), you will need to call to get a shipping quote for
your order. If you are ordering accessories in addition
to your laminate flooring (more than 10 boxes), your accessories
will be shipped free of charge with your laminate order.

The freight offer is for curbside delivery to your home or business.. This is not inside delivery. The truckers are not required to unload the pallets and bring them into your home. Curbside delivery means that you will have to have someone there who can take each 36lb box as it comes off the back of the truck and transport it to where you wish to keep it stored. If you wish inside delivery it is available at the customers expense. Usually inside delivery is an extra $75. to $150. depending on the time necessary for the truckers to unload it and bring it into your home. It is normally not difficult for the customer to avoid these charges and unload each 36lb boxes themselves. Picking Up Flooring in Utah or Georgia You may pick the flooring up in Cedar City, UT, or Dalton, GA. You will need to call 435-586-4431 to check availability and to make special arrangements. Tracking Numbers and Shipping Information When your order is processed, our office manager emails a copy of the invoice. Our shipping manager will later email you with your tracking number for the shipment, the delivering terminal's phone numberand the day she expects the shipment to reach your local terminal. If you'll call your local terminal on that day and tell them your tracking number, you can save some time and set up your delivery appointment. If you don't call, they will call you once it reaches the terminal and set up a 2-3 hour delivery appointment for the following day. It just takes a little longer for them to reach you, than if you take the initiative to call first. Shipping Time Unlike most companies we actually stock all of the flooring in our own warehouses. This allows us to immediately send out your shipment. In general, we can have orders delivered anywhere in the country within 2-7 business days. Please be aware that in rural areas, the shipping company sometimes delivers only on certain days of the week. We ship Monday through Friday and normally ship out the day after you place the order. Shipping Damage On rare occasions, a shipment will arrive with some minimal damage. As you receive your shipment, you must check it externally for obvious damage. Look at each box as it is unloaded for damage on the outside of the boxes. Also check boxes of moldings to make sure they are intact. It is important to count the boxes and moldings to ensure you received the entire order. If you find you are short something after the trucker leaves it is difficult for us to recover costs when it is not mentioned on the signed shipping receipt. If something is missing or damaged, make sure you notate on the delivery receipt, have the driver sign, and give us a call letting us know what occurred. As long as we have a signed delivery receipt notating any damage or missing items, we can ship you what you need to replace the damaged/missing pieces and we'll handle the claim with the shipping company so you don't have to.
